Dion Dublin put on a great evening at the Ricoh Arena as he continued his quest to raise money for the Bobby Moore Fund and Cancer Research. Supported by former Coventry Managers and Players namely Gordon Strachen, Gary McAllister, Darren Huckerby and Richard Shaw. The five told tales of their days at Coventry City and took numerous questions from the floor. There was also live music, DJ and dancing to keep guests entertained and a generous help yourself buffet. There was some great prizes and memorabilia up for grabs and people walked away with their Christmas present list well and truly ticked off. Mementos Memorabilia and the HELP Appeal have formed a wonderful working partnership over the last six months. It has led to Mementos announcing that 5% of any profit made from sales golf memorabilia will be donated to the HELP Appeal. H.E.L.P (the Helicopter Emergency Landing Pad Appeal) covers the whole of England. The County Air Ambulance Trust is entirely funded by charitable support and contributions which greatly assist in providing new helipads at major trauma hospitals and much needed repairs and updating existing landing pads, including installation of lighting to assist night flying. Mementos Memorabilia will now be looking to provide an even greater range of golf memorabilia to attract collectors in order to maximise their fundraising to support the HELP Appeal.…
